Rick is chairman and chief executive officer of Seavest Inc., an investment banking company in White Plains, N.Y. He also serves on the boards of the Big Apple Circus, Publicolor, and Rye Country Day School. He is on the board of SchoolNet. Well known in the investment community, Rick is also one of the leading collectors of photorealism artworks in the country. Cabot Henderson
Cabot brings to Enablearning a wealth of internationally-based entrepreneurial and venture capital experience. He currently consults for two venture investment firms, and is a consultant for ProgressNow!, Enablearning's lead investor. He has held senior financial positions at several firms, including Barclay Investments and Chemical Bank Intl. His investment banking experience extends into private placements, initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He is also co-founder of two development-stage medical products companies, one of whose technology he co-invented. He currently serves on the boards of seven private companies. He holds MBAs from both Columbia University and Institut Europeen d'Administration des Affaires in Fontainebleau, France, and graduated from Middlebury College.
