To see your Progress:

• Click on the Bar Graph
• Choose your class and syllabus
• Choose View by Syllabus
• Choose the Module, Lessons or Assignments you want to see.

It does not matter whether we are trying to lose weight, win at a video game, or find out our grade in a class, we all need to see our progress from time to time.

Mastery: When you open a lesson in the syllabus list you will immediately see how you are doing on the Assignments in that Lesson. If you have done work on an assignment the green progress bar will show how far you have gotten. Remember when you reach mastery on an assignment you will remember how to do those problems for much longer. Work as many assignments to mastery as you can.

Efficiency: The blue bar shows you how efficiently you have done that assignment (your percentage of correct answers). To increase your efficiency and reach mastery faster, concentrate on each problem and write the steps down on paper — don’t do problems in your head unless they are very simple. See what you can do to continuously improve your efficiency.

The Assignment in Detail: When you click on a single assignment you will see all of the problems you have done in detail. You can see your learning curve on that assignment and you can even click on a single problem number (in bold) to see what answer you gave to that problem.

Did you visit the concept or the example while you were doing that problem set? We will give both you and your instructor that information as well.

Information is power. The information that is collected when you do your homework in EnableMath can empower you if you attend to it. What kinds of problems do you have difficulty with? How can you improve your performance?
